Description
Coline Leriche is an expert in Sensory Analysis at Fermentis. She studied food science and sensory analysis at AgroSup Dijon engineer school and enology at Montpellier SupAgro. After two years as sensory analyst in Champagne, she passed a Ph.D about sensory methodology to study typicity of PDO wines in the Languedoc vineyard. ​
At Fermentis, Coline is responsible of the three Fermentis Beer Panels and she manages the sensory studies of the Fermentis solutions range for beer, wine and cider. Her work aims to characterize as precise as possible Fermentis solutions in different recipes, in order to light up Fermentis customer’s scope of possibilities.
