Degree in agronomy and Master's degree in biological sciences, specialising in microbiology and industrial biochemistry. Twenty years' experience in a multinational yeast and yeast derivatives company (Gist-brocades, later DSM) with functions and roles in the production process and the management of quality, safety and the environment. Since 2012 Managing Director of Italiana Biotecnologie Srl, a company in the Esseco Group (Trecate - Italy) specialising in research and development projects on yeasts and bacteria for agri-food and agro-industrial applications.
