Rébecca NOUGIER is an agricultural engineer and oenologist (Institut Agro Montpellier 2019). After a number of production experiences in different countries (France, New Zealand, Chile), she worked in the South of France as a cellar manager for a cooperative in the Ventoux PDO (Les Vignerons de Saint-Marc-Canteperdrix). Now with IOC since 2022 as Product Manager for the wine clarification, stabilisation and finishing ranges, she works closely with the R&D team to source, develop and optimise the formulations offered by IOC.
