Description

Laurence Dujourdy was born in 1969. She obtained her doctorate in physics from the University Joseph Fourier of Grenoble. After a post-doctoral period, she was appointed as a lecturer at the Institute of Forensic Science at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) in 2001. In 2003, she joined the French National Forensic Institute in Lyon as a forensic scientist in the analysis of illicit drugs and then as deputy head of the Illicit Drugs Unit. In 2009, she was in charge of research and development for the five forensic laboratories. Her specialities are forensic science, analytical chemistry, data analysis and chemometrics. Since 2016, she has been seconded to Institut Agro Dijon as a research engineer in data science and chemometrics and teaches statistics. She is also a researcher at the Laboratoire d'Informatique de Bourgogne (LIB) in the Data Science team.
