Yannick Le Gratiet is Director of OENODIA, a company specialising in the development and marketing of physical wine treatment processes such as eco-selective wine tartaric stabilisation (electrodialysis) and pH and alcoholic strength adjustment by membrane. An oenologist by training, he has been working for some thirty years on the development of OENODIA throughout the wine world.
