Description
Trained as an agri-food engineer and oenologist, after holding positions as Site Manager and Cellar Manager for Champagne Cooperatives and Houses, I joined the Comité Champagne in 2018 as Head of the Wine Department. My tasks involved steering R&D projects, transferring knowledge to professionals and students and managing experimentation tools (winery and laboratories). I'm currently in charge of scientific forecasting and training, and have a cross-functional role with the teams. Both technical and interpersonal, my role is to develop innovation, enhance knowledge, support winemakers and liaise with training organisations.
