Description
With a background in Chemistry, in 2022 I began my PhD research focused on the influence of aging markers in the flavour quality of sparkling wines. My research work is conducted in collaboration between FCT NOVA and University of Évora and is supported by a research grant from Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT).
