Description
Degree in agronomy, specialising in viticulture and oenology, followed by a degree in viticultural and oenological science and biotechnology.
I had a number of experiences in wineries in the Prosecco region before joining Oenofrance Italy in 2012.
In 2019, I will take on the role of Technical and Products Specialist and, from January 2024, I will join Sofralab R&D.
The positions I've held include SOEC Technical Manager.
