Guillaume Arnold, an innovation engineer, was head of the technical division of the Interprofessional Wine Council of Alsace for 10 years and then created and developed a viticulture selection company (Synergie Vigne et Terroir SAS). He joined INRAE in 2021 to contribute to the development of varietal innovation in viticulture.
