Description
Luigi Moio is Professor of Oenology at the University of Naples and Director of the Vine and Wine Sciences Department at the same university. Since 1998, he has been an OIV scientific expert for the Italian Ministry of Agricultural Policy. From 2009 to 2014, he was Chairman of the OIV Technology Experts Group and from 2015 to 2018 of the Oenology Commission. He was 2nd vice-president of the OIV and is currently president.
