Description
Nicolas Béfort is a lecturer and researcher in the economics and management of ecological transition. His work aims to shed light on industry transformation strategies and identify the levers through which businesses and organisations can take advantage of the ecological transition. His research focuses in particular on viticulture, the circular economy and the bioeconomy, working alongside major companies, start-ups and local authorities. Since 2020, he has headed the Bioeconomy and Sustainable Development Chair, a pioneering research team on the transition.
