Description
After graduating in Food Technology from the University of Parma, he obtained his PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Trento. He has been working since 2003 at the Fondazione Mach, a research and consultancy organisation in the agro-environmental field, and coordinates its oenological microbiology laboratory. Lecturer in the degree course in Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Trento. Production consultant in Italian wine-growing companies, scientific and food and wine divulger.
