In 2013, he was recruited as a lecturer in oenology at the Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin. Since 2020, he has been University Professor of Oenology and Deputy Director of the UMR Oenologie. He is in charge of the DUAD and various continuing education courses, and teaches tasting, winemaking and winemaking techniques. tasting, vinification and wine composition.
