Diego Tomasi is a renowned researcher at CREA-VE (Council for Agricultural Research and Economics- Veneto, Italy) an expert on the terroir of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Tomasi has recently been awarded a special mention by the OIV (Organization Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin) for his publication on the origin of the quality of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG wines.
