Description

Alexandre Ermenault is a French entrepreneur and founder and CEO of ONAFIS. A graduate in electronics and IT, he began his career in 2007 in digital services, where he spent ten years working in digital applications for industry, mainly banking. In 2017, his career took a new direction when he met a Muscadet winemaker who wanted to monitor the development of his wine on an ongoing basis. He then embarked on three years of R&D to develop a solution tailored to the wine sector. Today, his company ONAFIS offers sensors and automatic analysis equipment for winemaking, brewing and distillation. With more than 200 customers, the company is present in all French wine-growing regions and is expanding internationally, particularly in Spain and the United States.
