Description

He holds a degree in agricultural engineering from ENSAIA University in Nancy, France. He began his career at LVMH Moët Hennessy in Tokyo, where he oversaw the scientific and technological aspects of the group's various branches and led the company's participation in the international "Science for Art" competition. Marc Brévot also received further training at the University of Oenology in Bordeaux, where he obtained a DUAD before joining Jas Hennessy & Co. in Cognac, in the company's supplier consultancy and evaluation department. He then obtained an internationally recognised diploma in viticulture (DNO) from the University of Reims. In 2004, Marc Brévot moved to Epernay as R&D project manager and Moët & Chandon oenologist. Since March 2019, Marc Brévot has been Director of the Robert-Jean De Vogüé Research Centre (Moët Hennessy).
