Marion HERVE holds an engineering degree in food processing and a master’s degree in statistics applied to life sciences. With 15 years of experience in fermented products, she joined the teams of the Robert Jean de Vogüé Research Center in 2019 as Project Manager Research Development and Innovation. His portfolio of projects integrates themes of trouble shooting but also of understanding the evolutions of the raw material.
