Marion HERVE holds an engineering degree in food processing and a master’s degree in statistics applied to life sciences.
With 15 years of experience in fermented products, she joined the teams of the Robert Jean de VogĂĽĂ© Research Center in 2019 as Project Manager Research Development and Innovation.
His portfolio of projects integrates themes of trouble shooting but also of understanding the evolutions of the raw material.
