Researcher and Professor of Oenology for more than 20 years with collaborations with several Universities. Coordinator of the Pos-Graduation Diploma in Oenology of the ESB-UCP from 2007 to 2018. Director of the R&D Agency of ViniPortugal from 2005 to 2006. Responsible for Amorim Cork's sparkling wine R&D projects since 2020
