Description
Philippe Marullo graduated with a doctorate in oenology from the University of Bordeaux in 2005 and has always remained in the field of research by developing studies on the genetic variability of Saccharomycess cerevisae strains. Currently a researcher at the ISVV (Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences) of the University of Bordeaux, he studies the impact of yeast strains on wine quality. A specialist in the breeding and genetic selection of yeast strains for the wine industry, Philippe Marullo is the author of fifty international publications and three patents.
