In this masterclass, we will address some important points on market trends (in particular that of
the USA), operating methods, opportunities and limitations of NoLo wines.
Through the tasting of Low Alcohol sparkling wines produced in collaboration with the University
of Padua, we will examine the peculiarities of these wines from a technical point of view, and try
to understand how to guarantee good quality according to reasoned operational protocols.
